Scholarship Fund Program

Every year, Fierté Canada Pride awards scholarships to member Prides requesting assistance to attend the annual conference. The scholarship fund is supported by generous donations made by other members, our sponsors, and individual donation collected year round.

Applicants to the Scholarship Fund must be a full member in good standing of FCP at the time of application as well as during the conference. Applications may be approved in part or in full based on available funding.

Application Deadline

All applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm (PST) on December 10, 2017.

Your organization must be a current FCP Member and must renew for the 2018 year.

Results

FCP will contact applicants on or shortly after December 17th, 2017 with the results of their applications. Should a scholarship not be approved, the applicant will be provided an additional two weeks to register at the “Early Bird” rate.

Commitment

All successful applicants must be present at the start of the 2018 Annual General Meeting to receive their Scholarship funds. Failing this, the Applicant forfeits their application and will not be eligible to claim their funds.
